EPSScentral Announces Winners of 2003 PCD Awards - For Immediate Release

the annual PCD Awards, this year in three categories, from a field of

PCD Awards have been presented since 1997 to promote recognition for
designers, their organizations and clients, their software, and their
business sponsors, and are featured on www.epsscentral.com.
The Awards are judged by a consortium of PCD practitioners affiliated
with EPSScentral and the Performance Support Leadership Council, an
organization founded by Gloria Gery, who wrote the defining work and
coined the term “EPSS” in 1989.
These
extraordinary EPSS and PCD solutions and tools foster business
performance through human performance by immediately establishing
goals, supporting users through best practices, facilitating the proper
flow of work, minimizing translation, and providing immediate access to
supporting content at the time of need. “This year the PCD Award
winners have stretched the performance paradigm by demonstrating
extraordinary development tools that compress the information
technology lifecycle, apply unique approaches to new vertical markets,
and extract unrealized value from existing IT assets,” says Gary

2003 PCD Awards will be presented on September 23, 2003, at the Los
Angeles Convention Center during the Online Learning Conference and

be showcased as the Latest and Greatest Tools and Techniques for Developing Performance Support.
